The first thing the visitor will find when he takes the first steps is the spectacular garden that surrounds the farmhouse. Framed in the middle of the unspoilt nature of the Parc del Segre, and with splendid views over its river, it surprises the visitor with a façade covered with warm stones that only house a classic but rehabilitated Catalan farmhouse.

Ground floor: Crossing the porch of the entrance, we find a large living room with TV, wood stove and a large table, exit to a terrace with spectacular views over the valley. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, vitro, Nespresso coffee machine and barbecue fireplace. And 2 bedrooms, one with two beds with bathroom and shower and the other with double bed and bathroom with bathtub which is where we also find the washing machine.

On the other floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom with shower, the other with double bed and the third with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. There is also a small living room with sofa, exit to the porch and garden

The house is surrounded by trees and green meadows, a garden with swings and a basketball hoop and hammocks from which to enjoy and savor the fresh and rehabilitating air of the Pyrenees. In the garden we also find a barbecue area with tables in the shade and a 6x4 m pool.

This house offers the possibility of renting from 6 to 10 places.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the reservation will result in the following amounts being withheld:

• € 50 for management fees 24 hours after confirmation.

• 30% of the total reservation when the cancellation is more than 30 days before the date of entry.

• 100% of the total reservation when the cancellation is made less than 30 days from the date of entry.

The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly proven.
