Cal Fuliola is located in the heart of Vallfogona de Balaguer, a village in the Noguera county surrounded by farmlands and the typical landscapes of the Lleida plain, with the Segre River nearby and offering spectacular views.
It is a cozy house that preserves the rural spirit of traditional village homes, combined with all modern comforts. Its peaceful surroundings make it ideal for resting, disconnecting, and enjoying the countryside, while discovering the natural and cultural heritage of Vallfogona and its surroundings.
Access is at street level, and the interior is arranged across different spacious and bright floors.
The bathroom is equipped with a large Venetian shower, high-quality finishes, and all necessary amenities (hairdryer, shelving, large mirror, etc.).
The main bedroom is spacious and very bright, featuring a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, and a balcony with pleasant views. The décor combines rustic and modern elements, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen is electric and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. The space is comfortable and functional, with a window that lets in plenty of natural light and offers exterior views.
The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for two people, giving the house a total capacity of 2 to 4 guests:

Both the bedroom, living-dining room, and kitchen are bright spaces with balconies offering views over the village and the surrounding farmland.
Central heating with radiators in all rooms ensures a pleasant temperature during winter. For summer, there is no air conditioning, but high-quality fans are available for guests. All windows have mosquito screens, allowing ventilation without insect disturbance and maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature during warmer months.
Cal Fuliola is open all year round, offering a warm and peaceful space to enjoy nature, village life, and the serenity of La Noguera.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of the reservation will result in the following amounts being withheld:
- € 50 for management fees 24 hours after confirmation.
- 30% of the total reservation when the cancellation is more than 30 days before the date of entry.
- 100% of the total reservation when the cancellation is made less than 30 days from the date of entry.
The above penalties do not apply when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly proven.
