House with centuries of history, located in the Penedès in the middle of the vineyards, 100% sustainable with maximum comfort and just 10 km from the beaches of the Costa Daurada and less than an hour from Barcelona. During its restoration took great care of preserving the footprint left by the course of history, so now we put at your disposal a house that complements its rich architecture with all the little details that allow you to reimagine the barn, wine presses, pens, a defense system based in a loopholes perfectly preserved...
On entering the house reach a bright courtyard with small tables, a barbecue area and an entrance to a large dining room with fireplace ideal to meet the family. From here we have access to the area of the pool and chill-out, which is assured by a closed door and another door that leads to the area with a Jacuzzi and sauna.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom adapted an old barn restored and a games room with billiards and table tennis with comfortable sofas.
On the first floor, there are five bedrooms (one triple), all with bathroom, tastefully decorated. There is also the dining room and kitchen fully equipped.
And from here, climb stairs to reach the attic where there is a living room, a large area with sofas and a TV, and across a table ideal for playing games or rest. From this room we have spectacular views of the vineyards!!
Within the estate there is also a playground ideal for children with a wooden house, slide and swings.
Currently, the farm has not lost the relationship with the countryside as part of a farm where they grow vines of the main varieties of the Penedès and olive trees.
