House of 1772, initially dedicated to agriculture and livestock, located near Bassella, a town in the Alt Urgell.
It is a large property ideal for families or groups of friends that is distributed in different spaces and apartments:
Apartment 4 people: It has 2 bedrooms (one with a big bed and one double), living room with fireplace and bathroom with shower. Located on the ground floor of the building.
Apartment 6 people: It has 3 bedrooms (one with a big bed and two doubles), living room with fireplace and two bathrooms with shower. Located on the ground floor of the building.
Apartment 10 people: It has 5 bedrooms (three double ensuite - shower and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom), living room with fireplace. Located on the first floor of the building.
Chill-out zone in front of the pool area with all the facilities and a bar area.
Barbecue area where there is also a kitchen area with all equipment, furniture, tables and chairs.
Multipurpose room very large, ideal for groups that occupy the entire complete house or a single group, fully equipped with tables and chairs for 30 people, fully equipped kitchen and Movistar+connection. In this room there is a large barbecue and a foosball table.
Pool area with hammocks and a landscaped rest area a little bit further.
Porch area where there is a ping-pong and bicycles for adults and children and an ideal spot for children of the house with games and tables for them.
